Tycom originated from industrial practice. Our parent company is the Tyrolit Group, a global industrial company with a presence in numerous sectors, from the automotive industry to medical technology. Tyrolit is one of the leading manufacturers of grinding and dressing tools, and is also a system supplier for the construction industry.

Our industrial heritage continues to shape the way we work today. At Tyrolit, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. SAP Rollout Japan

For the integration of a new sales company into Tyrolit's global SAP system, finance, sales, and logistics processes were defined and implemented, taking local requirements into account.

Accompanying training ensured that the site could be efficiently integrated into the existing network.

SAP Rollout South Korea

The SAP rollout in South Korea included the SD, MM and parts of FI modules. The aim was a uniform, integrated system landscape.
The result was clearly structured processes, improved inventory control, and reliable integration into group reporting.

Introduction to S/4HANA at Weger Group

ie Weger Gruppe, an internationally active manufacturer of ventilation and air-conditioning technology, is modernising its ERP landscape by implementing SAP S/4HANA.

The focus is on optimised processes in manufacturing and administration, as well as a future-proof system architecture.

ESG reporting and sustainability report

Creation of an ESG system architecture based on the SAP Sustainability Control Tower and complementary SAP BTP services. The aim was the structured provision and consistent reporting of ESG data from SAP and non-SAP companies.

The approach has been taken to the final round of the SAP Innovation Awards 2025 and successfully implemented at several companies.

Automation in Customer Service with AI

The integration of an AI-powered solution has significantly eased the processing of customer orders at all Tyrolit SAP locations. Manual tasks have been reduced and lead times have been shortened.

AI-powered document processing

Building on existing automation projects in customer service, materials management, and incoming invoice processing, another solution for accounts payable is currently being developed. The aim is end-to-end, system-supported document control.

Operational responsibility

In industrial environments, even short interruptions can have a noticeable impact. That's why our focus is on stability, reliability, and proactive development. Our work is geared towards keeping systems functional in the long term while also creating room for ongoing improvement. Decisions are made with their consequences taken into account.
